This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to install WPML for the first time and encounters an error message indicating a problem with the String Translation table.
Solution:
If you're experiencing an issue with the String Translation table after a fresh WPML installation and you have no translations yet, we recommend resetting WPML and reconfiguring it. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Navigate to WPML → Support and click the Troubleshooting link.
2. On the Troubleshooting page, in the Reset section, select the

I am about to reset all translation and language data

checkbox. Then, click the

Reset and deactivate WPML

button.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. Is there any documentation that you are following?
I'm following instructions and opening a ticket for the following error message. There is a problem with the String Translation table in your site. This problem is not causing a problem running the site right now, but can become a critical issue in the future. WPML support team knows how to fix it. Please add a message in the relevant support thread and we'll fix it for you.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

If you have just activated WPML but have no translations yet, I suggest resetting WPML and reconfiguring it.

1. Go to WPML → Support and click the Troubleshooting link.

2. In the Reset section of the Troubleshooting page, select the I am about to reset all translation and language data checkbox. Then, click the Reset and deactivate WPML button.
