Hello,

As discussed in chat, please keep the credentials unchanged and install "WP Adminer" so we can inspect your database from the dashboard.

Let us know in this ticket when the plugin is installed.

Hello! My name is Andrey and I'll be assisting you further.

I understand that you've recently installed WPML and have no translations available yet. In this case, I recommend resetting WPML and setting it up again.

To do this, go to WPML → Support and click the Troubleshooting link. In the Reset section of the Troubleshooting page, select the "I am about to reset all translation and language data" checkbox and then click the "Reset and deactivate WPML" button.

Please note that it's important to create a backup of your database before making any changes, just to be safe.

Here's the link to the Troubleshooting page: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/deleting-languages-and-plugin-data-by-doing-a-wpml-reset-on-your-site/#step-3-do-the-wpml-reset.

Let me know how it goes.
