I added it, and it works now but the test site redirects to the main site, can you please check? Also, please provide feedback on the following: Can you also check if the problem exists on the test server? Also, test it by disabling everything except WPML. |

Hello Jon 🙂 Thank you for confirming. I am monitoring the test site to see when it crashes, do I need to follow some steps, or the crash is automatically fixed after some time? I assume when the site crashes the front end will show some message or will be inaccessible, correct? Look forward to your reply. Thanks |

OK we had some problems with Redis and it affected live website. We now have them working independently from each other. After about 10 mins it starts to run really slow until the server crashes. I tested last night with only WPML plugins enabled and problem still happened. and crashed the test and the live website. it is just constantly hitting the DB with these commands. is it because we have so many posts? Hello there, I have asked our 2nd tier for further feedback and when they tested the issue, they couldn't see the issue. So we would need more info on how to replicate the issue, can you leave the site as it is when it's crashed? They tested on this page: hidden link Also, they mentioned that the query is a standard query to select posts/pages. Look forward to your reply. Thanks Thanks |

OK we are still checking on this, we can't understand why it would be working on the test website but not the live. it is an exact copy. The hosting has advised us to update all tables to INNODB format and then try again. |

Hello there, The hosting has advised us to update all tables to InnoDB format and then try again. Would this make a difference? If they advised it, then it should help, I am not sure if it will be a huge difference or not, but I suggest trying the steps hosting advises you. Thanks |
