Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the toolset layouts on my site hidden link using WPML.

Symptoms:
The toolset layouts are not visible under the layout section on the translation dashboard.

Questions:
Why are the toolset layouts not visible in the translation dashboard?
How can I make the toolset layouts appear in the translation dashboard?
