Problem:
The client lost access to their WPML account and asks to transfer the license to a new account or retrieve their WPML account.
Solution:
We asked the client to provide the PayPal transaction ID or the invoice ID from their PayPal receipt. This information will enable us to locate the transaction in our system and find the associated account.
If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend you provide us with your PayPal transaction ID or invoice ID so we can assist you further. If this solution is not relevant to your case, perhaps because it's outdated or simply not applicable, we suggest opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
