This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are developing a site and need to translate it using WPML, but you want to exclude the eCommerce sections that are made with WooCommerce. You could not find a tutorial or documentation on how to exclude parts of a website, specifically the eCommerce sections, from translation.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Go to WPML -> Settings -> Post type translation.
2. Look for the post type 'Products'.
3. Here, you can choose to either disable the automatic translation (you'd still be able to manually translate it using the Advanced Translation Editor) or to set products as not translatable at all.

Please try these steps and let us know the results.

Keep in mind that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

WooCommerce uses the Post Type(CPT) Product to stores the store products.

When you enable the Automatic Translation, you'll get some options(as shown in the attached screenshots) that would allow you to turn off "automatic translations" for that particular CPT.

IF you go to WPML -> Settings -> Post type translation you'll see the post type 'Products'. There you can choose to either disable the automatic translation(you'd still be able to manually translate it using the Advanced Translation Editor) or to set products as not translatable at all.

Please give it a try and let us know the results.
Mateus
