Problem:
You need help translating footer elements, specifically the footer menu links, using WPML.
Solution:
If you're experiencing difficulties translating footer elements, we recommend following these steps:
1. Go to WPML → String Translation.
2. Enable "Look for strings while pages are rendered".
3. Navigate to the page where untranslated strings are displayed.
4. Return to WPML → String Translation and verify if the given string has been registered.
5. Translate the string.

Background of the issue:
I need help with translating footer elements, specifically the footer menu links, on my site hidden link. I have tried following various documents from your site but couldn't find a solution.

Symptoms:
No way to find out how to translate footer elements (footer menu links).

Questions:

i can't translate strings as per box 3
editing footer there is options just to translate box 1 (see attahced photo)
no way to find the strings to translate box 3
also 3 is not a menu so translating menu is not the option required.

How did you create your footer elements?

Have you attempted to locate the strings in this manner?

1. Go to WPML → String Translation.
2. Enable "Look for strings while pages are rendered".
3. Navigate to the page where untranslated strings are displayed.
4. Return to WPML >> String Translation and verify if the given string has been registered.
5. Translate the string.
