How to translate the form entries used in a lookup field in formidable ?

Hi there,

I will add the first reply before this ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues.

The Formidable form itself can be translated using the method below:

But the entries of the form submission are not translatable. There is no language assigned to them and it depends on the user to add in whatever language he/she prefers.
