Hi,

Welcome to WPML support. Would you please go to the Advanced Translation Editor and in the top section, search for the Phone number and see if it appears for translation?

If the issue persists, please create a dummy page and only add the widget in question and the phone number, get back to us with the link to the dummy page.

I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

That way I will be able to see the code under the hood and try to provide you with custom XML code that will force WPML to understand that phone number for translation.

Hello and thank you for the login information. I recorded a video showing what to do:

The code that I updated in WP Dashboard > WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration (Tab) is:

    <shortcode>
      <tag>unit_price</tag>
    </shortcode>
  </shortcodes>
  <elementor-widgets>

        <field>__dynamic__>link</field>
      </fields>
    </widget>
  </elementor-widgets>  
</wpml-config>

Please follow the steps I mentioen dint he video and you should be able to translate the phone number.

Please add a dummy page and add the icon list and make sure you fill in all the data that you want to translate.

Ok thanks. I'd appreciate it if you could update WPML and WPML addons as I could not find the correct code for that Icon List but the new version of WPML should have all fixed.

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab)".
- Click the "Check for Updates" button.
- Update WPML and its addons there.

Thank you. That is very strange. It seems you use a normal Elementor Pro item and it should be available by default. But it does not.

Is there a way that you could provide the copy/staging version of the website so we can do troubleshooting without the fear of breaking the website

We will deactivate plugins and stuff.
