This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to translate a landing page and expects to see the English logo set in the media translation menu. However, the French logo appears instead. The logo is an SVG file added using the Elementor widget 'creative image', which is not translatable.
Solution:
We recommend manually editing the secondary language page using Elementor to set the correct logo. Here are the steps:
1. Access the default page editor
2. Change the language from the top-bar to English.
3. Click on 'edit with Elementor' and manually set the English logo.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the landing page hidden link to hidden link. The logo on the main page (which is a .svg) doesn't seem to be translating.

Symptoms:
I expected to see the English logo that I set in the media translation menu. Instead, I got the French logo.

Questions:
Why is the English logo not appearing on the translated page?
Is there a specific setting I need to adjust for SVG files in the media translation menu?

Hello,

Welcome to WPML support! I'd be happy to assist you.

Is the logo added through the theme options? If so, please follow these steps:

- Navigate to WPML->String Translations
- At the bottom of the String Translation table, click "Translate text in admin screens"
- Search for the logo media ID and see if it appears
- If you find it, select it and click the "Add to string translation" button
- Return to the String Translations page
- Translate it using the corresponding translated media ID

Let me know if this helps!

Thanks!

Hello 🙂

I see that the image is added using Elementor widget creative image and the widget doesn't seem to be translatable.

Being so I edited the secondary language page using Elementor and set the logo and it's showing properly.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks

We are able to edit the English page now . In WPML - Language we removed the second option... and it seems to work :

The option is under one domain per language.

Un click the connection and deconnexion automatic.
