Tell us what you are trying to do?

I am trying to use one click accessibility plugin, the plugin works fine with the translate language (Slovenian) however it doesn't show the original English text when I use the english version of the website.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I already tried scanning the plugin (it's the suggestion I read in other posts) but it didn't solve the issue.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Please, do not reply like with this or similar text, since we tried it already and we wouldn't open a support ticket.

- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML.
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one.
- If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with which one there is an interaction issue.

Hi there,

Sorry for the delayed response here due to weekends and the high support queue.

Firstly, I see you are on WPML 4.6.3 (The latest is 4.6.5 ) can you please update WPML plugins to their latest version and see if it helps?

Also, can you please if the issue is related to the ticket linked next and if translating strings from WPML -> String translation as in that ticket helps in your case?

https://wpml.org/forums/topic/one-click-accessibility/

If you don't find those strings please see if finding strings as explained in the next link helps, since you said you already tried scanning plugin also try scanning for admin strings :

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#strings-arent-selected-for-translation

Please let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Subash
