Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the Terms and Conditions page on my WooCommerce site hidden link. I found a topic about it marked as solved, but it was 2 years old and is no longer available. I am considering creating a new page, copying all the content to it, and deleting the original WooCommerce page.

Symptoms:
I don't know how to translate the Terms and Conditions page and the previous solution I found is outdated.

Questions:
How can I translate the WooCommerce Terms and Conditions page using WPML?
Is creating a new page and copying the content a viable solution for translating the Terms and Conditions page?

Hi,

Thank you for the debug information!

1) Could you please tell me if this is the page you are referring to: hidden link

2) I would need temporary access to your website to investigate this issue and understand it better.

Please fully back up your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.

I would need to access your site's WP-admin.
Your next reply is set to private so you can provide the username and password details.

Thanks,
Marsel

Hi,

Thank you for the access, I was able to check your website.
You can translate the Terms and Conditions page by:

1- Go to WP-Admin -> Pages -> Terms & Conditions page, click on the "+" sign below the flag icon and translate the content using the ATE.

2—Go to WP-Admin -> WPML -> Translation manager, filter by page, search for the terms and conditions page, and choose to translate it yourself or automatically.

Let me know if you have further questions or need further assistance.

Kind regards,
Marsel

Hi,

I've checked further and it seems that the issue is with the WPBakery builder, I removed the text block and re-added it again and now it seems to be working properly in ATE.

Please check and try translating the page content and let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Marsel

Thank you , that solved the problem, i was finaly ablle to translate it, i take the oportunity to solve another problem i have with traalation of one of the static blocks:

hidden link

Wen i try to tranlate the english it is not updated, all the other languages have translated automatycly, i mean, i did not did anything, they just got translated.

In the EN version it apears a old version instead of the version i currently have on the native PT language, i am not shure how to proceed in this case or how to fix it...

Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi,

Glad to hear that the issue is resolved.
