Hi there.

Please take a look at the documentation that we have available here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/

I would go with the "translate what you choose" option so that I can have full control over the content that I send for translation because you might have many other strings that you don't use on the front end.

After that, you can follow the steps here (https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/#translating-individual-pages-posts-and-other-content-automatically) to send content for translation.
