This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the translated FAQ section is not visible on the translated pages of their website, despite being visible in the preview.
Solution:
We recommended the client to first ensure they have created a full site backup. Then, we asked for detailed steps to reproduce the issue or access to the site to examine the configuration and understand the scenario better. We suggested sharing the credentials securely or setting up a staging site to avoid affecting the live site. If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend following these steps and ensuring that your site's configuration aligns with WPML's requirements. Additionally, check the related known issues and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please open a new support ticket.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

1.- Please describe step-by-step how to reproduce the issue on the site. You can share the URL of the FAQ page and/or a video showing the steps to follow.

2.- I would like to closely examine the site configuration. I have set your next message private so you can securely share the access credentials.

Please don't forget to create a full site backup before sharing the credentials.

on this page in Polish you can see the faq, on the English page not - even though in the preview all the questions in English are visible. It has become so on all English pages that suddenly all the FAQs have disappeared - is this a global problem?

Hi there,

Please share the access credentials to your site in the next message that I have set private so I can take a look at the issue.

Don't forget to create a full site backup before sharing the access credentials.

Are you able to offer any solutions to the problem besides direct access to the site?

No. I need to reproduce the issue, check the configuration, and fully understand the scenario so I can isolate the cause of the issue and look for a solution.

The alternative is that you reproduce the problem on a sandbox site with a fresh WordPress + WPML installation (that I can provide). But in any case I need to take a deeper look.

Please confirm you created a full site backup before sharing the credentials.

No, we can't. But you can create a staging site with a copy of the live site and share the credentials to the staging site, that way the production site won't be affected.
