[Resolved] Translated French version is not copying the featured image and listing data
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was experiencing issues with the French translation not copying the featured image and listing data from the default language. Additionally, there were problems with translating certain custom fields and checkboxes in the listings.
Solution: We recommended the following steps to address the issues: 1. Navigate to WPML-> Settings-> Custom Fields Translation. 2. Enable the 'Show Multilingual Content Setup' meta box on the post edit screen and save the settings. 3. Edit the listing in the default language and check the 'Multilingual Content Setup' section. 4. Set the data fields to either 'copy' or 'translate' depending on the requirement. 5. Update the listing in the default language and then update its translation. 6. For issues with system fields not appearing correctly, go to the 'Show Systems Fields' option, search for '_cth', and adjust the settings to match those on the staging site. 7. Save the changes and update both the listing types and their translations.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the French version of my site hidden link using WPML. I have previously created a ticket and followed the suggestions provided here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translated-french-version-is-not-copying-the-featured-image-and-other-datas-from-the-default-languag/. I have also done basic troubleshooting including checking the listing type, recreating the French version, disabling plugins, switching themes, clearing WPML cache, updating WordPress core and plugins, and resyncing the media.
Symptoms:
The translated French version is not copying the featured image and listing data from the default language.
Questions:
Can you help us fix the issue where the French translation does not copy the featured image and listing data?
Is this issue related to the first ticket I created here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/english-translation-is-not-showing/?ref=wd? (already resolved) can you help me fix this issue? The logins are the same.

The custom fields that save these options might not be copied/translated. Please try the following steps:
1- Go to WPML-> Settings-> Custom Fields Translation
2- Enable the (Show 'Multilingual Content Setup' meta box on post edit screen) option and click save
3- Edit the listing in the default language
4- Check the "Multilingual Content Setup" section
5- Check the data fields and set them to copy or translate
6- Update the listing in the default language
7- Update its translation

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Please translate the room and listing type assigned to this listing so that the untranslated strings can be translated.
Thank you for the fixes. I attempted to copy the changes to the Custom Field settings on the live website (hidden link), but the SERVIZI DISPONIBILI data is still not copying over to the translated pages. Do the listings need to be edited manually one by one?
if possible, could you please provide a list of the changes you made on the staging site (hidden link)? Alternatively, could you apply the same changes directly to the live website (hidden link)? The login credentials remain the same.
1- Go to WPML-> Settings-> Custom Fields Translation section
2- Click "Show Systems Fields"
3- Search for "_cth"
4- Set the fields on your live site as the fields on the staging site
5- Click Save
6- Edit the Listing Types in the default language along with their translations
7- Edit the rooms in the default language along with their translations
8- Update the listings in the default language along with their translations
Before applying the above steps to the live site, please create a new listing type and room and assign them a new listing on the staging site. After that, please translate them and check the translated version to make sure it works correctly in all languages.
Thank you so much for your help! Everything is working well now. However, I’m still facing an issue where some titles and headlines are not translating. Here's the video for your reference: hidden link.
Example: PANORAMICA is still the same on English and French versions. These titles, links, and headlines are not searchable inside the String Translations, I also tried to scan and search the string on both the theme and the plugins, but still not searchable and translatable.
If you could please help me here that would be great.
Thank you for your reply. I have tried to edit manually the labels here: hidden link but upon saving, it keeps on coming back to the Italian label. Screenshot attached for your reference.
Please edit the Italian listing type, click "Show System Fields", set the fields you want to translate to Translate instead of Copy, click Save, and update the listing type in the default language. (hidden link)
After that, please edit the English listing type and update the field labels.

The custom fields are set to copy. Please set the fields you want to translate to Translate and update the listing type in the default language. (hidden link)

I updated the English version here: hidden link and the changes are now reflected.
However, there are still some labels and the map that need translation. I have attached a screenshot for reference. If possible, could you check if there are any system fields or template files that require translation?
1) The map doesn't appear in the default language either. (hidden link)
2) The adult string can be translated by editing the translated listing type-> Single tab-> Listing-> General Inquiry. (Kindly check this hidden link">screenshot)
3) The (You may also like) section shows the listings in the same category, which works correctly. Please change the English listing names in this category and check if they will be translated on the front end. (hidden link)
4) The review form strings should be changed by editing the translated listing type-> Single tab-> Rating. (Kindly check this hidden link">screenshot)
I changed the default language string but didn't change it on the front end. Please let me know how to change it in the default language so I can check how it can be translated.
