[Resolved] Translated French version is not copying the featured image and listing data
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was experiencing issues with the French translation not copying the featured image and listing data from the default language. Additionally, there were problems with translating certain custom fields and checkboxes in the listings.
Solution: We recommended the following steps to address the issues: 1. Navigate to WPML-> Settings-> Custom Fields Translation. 2. Enable the 'Show Multilingual Content Setup' meta box on the post edit screen and save the settings. 3. Edit the listing in the default language and check the 'Multilingual Content Setup' section. 4. Set the data fields to either 'copy' or 'translate' depending on the requirement. 5. Update the listing in the default language and then update its translation. 6. For issues with system fields not appearing correctly, go to the 'Show Systems Fields' option, search for '_cth', and adjust the settings to match those on the staging site. 7. Save the changes and update both the listing types and their translations.

Thank you for your response. Some of the changes in the English translation are still not working properly. Even after checking the WPML test EN on the backend, the field gets unchecked upon saving. I also created several test items, but the issue persists, and the newly added fields are not appearing on the frontend.

Thank you for solving the issue. Can you list down the changes you have made on the staging website? I have tried to apply the changes on the live website but it did not work and the SERVIZI DISPONIBILI checkboxes on the translated version is not showing.
Thank you for your help. I have found a minor issue regarding the service checkboxes. When changing the label and value of a checkbox field, the old label will still display on the frontend.

Also is there a way so that the checkboxes will automatically be updated by the WPML plugin?
Yes, the issue still happens even only the label is updated. I tried to change 'Treatment' > Cucina per vegani a richiesta to Vegan cuisine on request but still it shows the Italian label.
Also, I noticed that on the other checkboxes, when selecting them and saving, it will leave them uncheck.
Example: 'Tipi di alloggio'. please try to check the 3 fields then save.
