We informed our developer, but there's still a problem — the translated job application forms stopped working on our website.

Here are some examples:

Dutch: hidden link

German: hidden link

The forms work fine in Danish, English, and Norwegian, but not in Dutch, German, or Finnish.

Please check and let us know how to fix this as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Thanks for your patience. I've checked, and could you tell me how you edit the popup form as shown in the attached screenshot?

The pop-up form has been translated using WPML. We now have both the English version and the translated version. The form was created using the Contact Form 7 plugin.

Thanks for your reply. Let me rephrase my question a bit. I'm asking how can I edit the popup form. I've checked here hidden link and it's empty as shown in the attached screenshot.

Hello,

We’ve recently managed to resolve some issues with the WPML forms integration — thank you for the helpful documentation.

However, we are now encountering a new problem:
Whenever we try to edit a page (for example, to update or change the recruiters listed on a translated page), we receive a warning that all translations will be lost if we proceed.

To be clear, we do not edit the pages through Elementor. We always use WPML’s translation editor to make any changes. Still, the warning persists and prevents us from making necessary updates.

This is highly problematic, as we need to make regular updates across multiple languages.

Is there a way to edit the original content safely without breaking the translations? Or is there a recommended workflow for such cases?

Additionally, we’re wondering if it’s possible to speak directly with a WPML developer or expert, as the constant issues are significantly slowing down our workflow.

Thanks for your reply. I'd like you to know that our support policy allows us to take care of only one issue per ticket.

Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.

So, I've split the ticket here https://wpml.org/forums/topic/receive-a-warning-that-all-translations-will-be-lost-if-we-edit-a-page/ so that we could follow up. As for this ticket, you can mark it as resolved.
