Translated page not publishing after translation is added

shijinA	Background of the issue: I have made a lot of page translations on my site, but some pages are not getting published after translation. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link Symptoms: Even after making the translations, the pages are not getting published. The + icon remains beside it, and on the live page, there is no option to see the Arabic version. Questions: Why are some translated pages not publishing? How can I make the Arabic version visible on the live page?

Background of the issue:
