nathalieC-7	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate strings from English to French using WPML on my Production website hidden link. This process works on my DEV website hidden link. I am using the same version of WPML Multilingual CMS: V 4.7.4 and String Translation: 3.3.3 on both sites. Symptoms: Translated strings are not saving on the Production website. Questions: Why are translated strings not saving on my Production website? What could be different between my Production and DEV environments that affects WPML functionality?

Lauren	Thank you for contacting WPML support. I'll be happy to help you with this. Can you give me an example of what type of strings are not saving? Perhaps a screenshot of the translation as well as where I can see it on the frontend?
