Tell us what you are trying to do?
it is so frustrated as has been nearly 2 month could not set up properly. contacted support several times, we followed the procedure as duplicate and translate, but does not work. the the lessons, quizzes and questions are not appeared in the translated languages, we have to click edit and updated so can be appear on but no contains, quizzs and questions. already spent 500 euro for transaltion, but after translate all, nothing happen. each time contacted support, told the way to do and I followed..still bloody same

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

First of all, sorry for the inconvenience.

I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) so I can investigate this issue further.
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –

❌ Please backup your database and website before providing us with access details ❌

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

✙ I would also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue locally if needed. This will also help if the issue needs to be escalated to our developers for further investigation.

Hi,

I checked the site and I can see that all the courses, lessons, quizzes and questions already translated but not connected to each other in the secondary languages.

As stated in our doc, when you're using the "Translate Everything Automatically", all the content will be translated automatically but you will still need to manually connect LearnDash elements.

I tested this on the site's local copy by connecting two lessons and one quiz to an Arabic course, and it works as you can see here: hidden link

So Kindly try the following steps to connect the course elements:

- Go to LearnDash LMS > Lessons
- Switch the language from top admin bar
- Click Edit Lesson > Settings tab
- Assign the lesson to the correct course from the "Associated course" option

You need to repeat this for the other course elements in each language.

I followed like what you said, yest, it is added but no contain only list. and if I have to do do one one by one, it make took me some months every day doing it cause ir has quizzes and questions...

This is bloody hell frustrating, coming 2 months, many communications with wpml support. Last time they told me to do 2 things. Duplicated and translated and associated the course . I did associate and I duplicated and translated for courses, lessons and quizzes and questions...it does not bloody work. some is not contained, somes are not listed..some no quizzes, has quizzes but not questions. I hired freelancers twice..I saw the profile has knowledge with learndash and wpml but they just look for bloody hell reason "wrong set up".. what a bloody set up even if they don't know how to have a proper bloody set up. now I contacted you and you told me to associate.. yes it is in the list but not contained..

Hi,

I apologize again for any inconvenience due to this and understand how it can be frustrating.

In my previous reply, I mentioned that you need to repeat the connecting steps for all the course elements. This means that you need also to connect the translated version of the questions to the translated version of the quiz.

I'm afraid that this is the only way to translate the content of LearnDash courses, duplicating and translating the course elements won't link them to the translated course and it needs to be done manually.
