[Resolved] Translating Room Facilties from "CozyStay" theme
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are trying to translate a section of your theme related to room facilities, but while the text translates, the images do not appear in the translated version. Solution: This issue occurs because the icons for the room facilities are not defined in the specific language you are translating to. For instance, if the icons are visible in the English version, you need to ensure they are also set up for other languages. You can do this by navigating to the Room Facility options in your WordPress admin panel and selecting the appropriate language from the top bar. Once there, you need to define the icons for each facility by clicking on "Choose an Icon".
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your current setup, we recommend opening a new support ticket. Additionally, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Can you please add mea specific URL where I can see this? I tried to search for a room, but there was no result. I want to compare the source code of both languages. Thank You!

Hi,
I receive a 404 error. It seems that posts have not been published yet. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to replicate the issue on a testing site.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
-Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Hi,
thanks for the access. I changed the "Room Settings -> Layout" to "Top Gallery 1", now it shows the same layout for the images and not only one image: hidden link.
You can set a custom field to "Copy" on hidden link, but I'm not 100% sure which one is used from your theme. I guess it will be "loftocean_room_top_section". This will copy the information to all translated posts.

You're welcome! It does not update automatically. The next time the default language is updated, it will automatically copy the field to the translated version.
For now, you must change this manually on all pending translation jobs for rooms or the ones you have finished already.
Thank you! So even if i did the automatic translation i must translate manual all the pages i want to be posted in my website? Can you send me a tutorial?
Also what to you mean with the sentence<< the default language is updated, it will automatically copy the field to the translated version>> sorry i didn't understand the steps.
For know i must translate again manually the pages with the room facilities and i then automatically copy the field to the translated version?
Also as you can see in the image and facilities section translated twice the same facility. As you can see in the attachment translated from greek to hungarian and from english to hungarian. Normally the English title belongs to photo and shouldn't be translated.

No, If you use automatic translation, it will copy the content the next time to the translated version. If you change a translation preference of a field, it doesn't update all translations automatically. You need to make a minor change in the default language (adding a space somewhere after a text etc,) as this will force a new update to the secondary language where now the Field of your theme can be copied automatically.
Also how much time does it take to be ready with the correct images and translation? because until next week the website must be ready
If you force a new translation by modifying anything in the default language of a room, it will push the changes to the copy. So that's a matter of some minutes.
Also as you can see in the image and facilities section translated twice the same facility. As you can see in the attachment translated from greek to hungarian and from english to hungarian. Normally the English title belongs to photo and shouldn't be translated.
Then you can change your Custom Field responsible for the image title to "Copy" too, so it will not be shown in the translation editor, it will copy the same title 1:1 directly into the translation.
