I use the events tickets plus for this website, but I can't manage to translate the ticket fieldsets for specific events. I've tried to translate them using string translation, but it still displays as the default language.

I tried deleting the string and adding them with theme and plug-in localisator. This also didn't work.

I've inserted a screenshot so you can see what i mean. It displays in Dutch but I want it to display in English. The strings above it translates.

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I'm not familiar with this plugin but looking at their documentation, they have a tutorial to translate events. However they mentioned that Event Ticket Plus is not yet compatible. I'm not sure what extra functionalities bring Ticket Plus compare to Event calendar but let's start here:

1. Could you please follow that documentation: hidden link

2. Then we have a workaround published here to display translated tickets:

3. Let me know how it goes. Tell me what has been translated, what is missing etc. and I will investigate further.

I already followed both the first and the second links you send me.
The same string I showed you in the previous question still don't translate.

Hello,

Could you please provide me with a temporary admin access (wp-admin and FTP) – preferably to a test site where the issue has been replicated – so I can further investigate. I will activate a private field for your next answer where you can provide that information safely (this field is only visible by you and the support team). Don't share your own admin account, create a new one that you will delete when we finish troubleshooting.

IMPORTANT: Before we proceed, please backup your site and database.

Also, please explain where to find those tickets in your dashboard and on which page they are displayed.
