Hello,
I am using WPML with Divi on WordPress. I am trying to create English translations of my Italian pages by duplicating the Divi layout and then editing the text in English.
The issue is that I cannot copy the layout from the Italian version to the English version when creating a new translation. When I open the WPML translation editor, it shows the fields as text strings rather than allowing me to edit the full Divi layout directly.
For most pages I have been creating independent English pages with /en/ slugs, but for the Home page this is not working correctly.
Could you please advise the best way to:
Duplicate a Divi page layout from Italian to English for translation
Set the English Home page correctly so it appears at /en/
My site: hidden link
WordPress version: 6.9.4
Divi version: latest
WPML version: 4.8
Thank you
I have another issue to report. When I create a new page in English independently (not through WPML translation), the page is published and visible in the Pages list under the English language filter. However, after some time or after saving, the page disappears from the English pages list and I cannot find it anymore.
This has happened with multiple pages. Could you please advise why English pages created independently are disappearing, and how to correctly create and manage independent English pages alongside WPML?
Thank you

I would like to split this additional issue that you are reporting into a separate ticket. We try to keep each ticket focused on a specific topic, and your initial request was about Divi, which I think was resolved.
Please mark this ticket as resolved if that is the case, and we can follow up with those missing English pages in the new ticket.
