Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my English site to German. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The button is still in English and links to an English blog post instead of a German one. I made a small change and translated it again, but it did not help.

Questions:
Why is the button still in English after translation?
Why does the button link to an English blog post instead of a German one?

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:
https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.

- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Thanks so much for allowing access for further testing. What I have found is that this "button" is actually an image, so the link seems to be behaving differently. To test this, I duplicated the original page and named it WPML Test. I have the same image that is on the original page and below it I added a button. The button text and link show up in the Advanced Translation Editor, and I did not have to translate the button link, it updated automatically. I confirned this when I viewed the button link in the WPML editor.

So it seems for now, if you want to use the image link, you can try manually editing the translated product using Elementor and adjusting the link there. You can test this on my WPML Test page. I didn't test htat yet because I wanted you to see how the image and button are working differently. The other option is to use a button instead of an image to avoid further issue.

I can also escalate this to our compatibility team to see if we can somehow force the Image link to show up in the translation table. Please confirm if either of these workarounds (button instead of image or manual edit) resolves the issue in the meantime.

Hi, thanks the workaround (manual edit) helped.
For the future it would be cool, if the image link is show up in the translation table
