[Resolved] Translation editor not showing all elements
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is attempting to translate a large page using WPML with Avada Builder. Most of the page translates correctly, but the last section starting with 'Consilia Anstalt' does not appear in the translation editor. Additionally, there is confusion about the order of elements in the translation editor. Solution: 1. Our second-tier support team resolved the issue where the section was missing by making a small modification: adding a text block and then removing it. This action allowed the missing text to appear in the Advanced Translation Editor. 2. Regarding the order of elements, it's important to note that the sequence in the Advanced Translation Editor might not match the front-end display. This discrepancy is normal and does not affect the translation process.
If you're experiencing similar issues, we recommend trying the above steps. However, if the solution does not apply or seems outdated, please check for related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify you have the latest versions of themes and plugins, and consider opening a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a larger page with many elements using WPML. The element types are all translatable, and most of the page can be translated correctly. However, the last section does not appear in the translation editor. I am using Avada Builder, which is compatible with WPML. Here is the link to the page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
Symptoms:
The content starting with the headline 'Consilia Anstalt' is completely missing inside the translation editor, despite being translatable.
Questions:
Is it possible we are running out of memory (we have 512MB)?
Could there be another problem?
Thank you for the suggestion. I did the test.
- The copied page showed the same symptoms.
- After deleting preceding elements, the last part starts to show up.
- Going back a revision also brings back the problem.
- Deleting elements on the top allows elements on the bottom to appear. But it's not consistent.
This definitely looks like some kind of limit.
I forgot to mention I am using Firefox. I will test Chrome as well.
Please know that in WPML's Advanced Translation Editor, sections load as you scroll down. Sometimes, you may need to wait a few seconds for more content to load. Please check if this might be the issue.
Could you please share the results of the testing with Chrome?
The test with Chrome had the same results, so it's not a Firefox problem. I also tested with Edge, on Linux, Windows, Laptop & Desktop. All show exactly the same results.
It's also not the loading time. Except if it would be extremely long.

Our second-tier supporter has fixed this issue. It is not possible to edit the translation of the section that was missing in the Advanced Translation Editor. Please see the attached screenshot. Our second-tier supporter explained how he solved it: "I made a small change to the provided page, added a textblock, and removed it. Now I can see the text."
Can you please confirm it is all right now?
If you have other pages with this issue, you can proceed with the same steps.
I apologize if I was not clear enough in my previous reply when I shared the screenshot. It is not the only content on this page. I searched for "Consilia Anstalt" and therefore received the two places where this text appears. Please see the attached screenshot. Please be aware of the search option in the Advanced Translation Editor.
Regarding the order of the different sections as it appears in the Advanced Translation Editor. Indeed, it will not always be in the order in which it is on the front end. That's normal.
Regards,
Itamar.
