Thank you so much Christopher for the video, and your patience. I really appreciate your help and your professionally. I did the exact same thing as you indicated in the last video but the strings dont seem to change. There must be some conflict within WPML inside my web and i cant seem to figure it out. Is there any posibility you can enter on my site and check? maybe some strings are translated that should not be and create conflict like that but i have no idea which ones are back strings, and front ones.

Hi,

Sure, the login information shared at the beginning is not working anymore for me.

I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Also please tell me which page to check for the Advanced Search feature.

Finally, we will need your permission to copy your website to our server if needed.

Thanks

Hi,

I searched for the search options at the top in the string translation in WPML > String Translation and I have found them and translated.

But for the additional text that you mentioned for the date ranges inside the card I could not find them and I do not know how they are created.

I'd appreciate it if you could provide those items in the sample installation:

hidden link

That way I can report this to the compatibility team.

Thanks.

Hello sorry for late response i was reviewing the web and its functionality so i wont be spamming you and i can send you all together. Thank you for your help i APRECIATE IT A LOT! you are a great professional and very helpful.

1. I cannot create the example in the link you sent me (sandbox) regarding your last message, because the theme asks for the licence key, i have done backup on my website so you can work freely: The string or content i cannot translate is located in :

Wpresidence Option ->

Wpresidence Option ->Property Card Content Creator, -> Etiquette: Disponible: / or available: -> (that is where the strings pop up available from: january-..long term)

Wpresidence Option -> Its also located in -> General - Custom for property -> Name of container: Property Date and dropdown values: Long Ter, January-April, - May-July

We are using WP all import to import the properies, so we have extracted in features these tags, and then assigned them to the container box: Available from / Disponible:

----

2. Another thing i am having trouble with is Features and Amenities in search box. In the property page in the spanish version you can see all the characteristics; air conditioning, etc, and each property has it correctly assigned. But in the search form when i press "más opciones de búsqueda", the features to select are not present, only in the english version. Why is that? Maybe there is some translation conflict that blockes the spanish version from popping up.

---

3. In search form in spanish version in -> Estado -> dropdown, it says correctly En Alquiler and En Venta, but it also pops up in the dropdown Property Status? how can i change that to Estado o remove?

--

Please have a look freely on the website if you can fix it for me i highly appreciate your efforts and your time, and rest assure i have done backup on the site.

Hi,

Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to report the compatibility issue without being able to replicate the issue on a clean installation.

That is mandatory for me to be able to report and ask the compatibility team to take a look.

So again, I'd appreciate it if you could find a way to replicate the date strings problem on the installation I mentioned to be able to report this.

We also answer one question per ticket to make sure we serve you the best and it is fair to our other customers.

That is why I' appreciate it if you could open up a separate ticket for each additional issues.

From the point you mentioned, those are also something that needs to be replicated on the installation so my colleagues can report.

Thank you.
