This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was unable to see the Spanish translation of their webpage on the front end, despite it being completed in WPML. Additionally, the URL was not translated to Spanish.
Solution:
We recommended the client to first ensure that all plugins, especially WPML and Elementor, are updated to the latest versions. This can be done by visiting https://www.calisalsaexperience.com/wp-admin/update-core.php. After updating, the client should clear the website's cache.
If the problem persists, the client should:
1. Confirm that a full backup of the website is created.
2. Deactivate all plugins except for WPML and Elementor to check for compatibility issues.
3. If the issue resolves, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the problematic plugin.
These steps should help in resolving the translation visibility issue and the URL translation problem. If these steps do not resolve the issue or if the solution seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
