Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a Mailchimp form using WPML.

Symptoms:
I expected to see Mailchimp strings in string translation, but I don't see them.

Questions:
Why are the Mailchimp strings not appearing in string translation?
How can I make the Mailchimp strings appear in string translation?
