Background of the issue:
Translate the global header and menu items on hidden link
I recognize: my website has a complex menu structure in the Divi builder.
Its build up like this:
- Global header
- Drop downs per item (destinations, topics, about us and Search). You can check it in English.
- When you click 'Destinations' it opens a Divi template named as 'Menu-1-Destinations'. This dropdown in English is shown on the Dutch site as well.
I have a Global Template in the Divi Theme builder. I translated this to Dutch after a design change. Now, the header is partially translated. The logo URL is not updated so it goes from Dutch to the English homepage. The menu items are translated in the bar. But the link to Reisroutes (itinteraries) goes to .com/itineraries/. Over ons (about us) goes to .com/nl/over-ons/ so that one is good.
Furthermore, the drop downs (Divi templates) are shown in English on the Dutch page. I cannot edit the Global header and assign the translated version from the 'Menu-1-Bestemmingen' to it.
How do I translate everything correctly that the complete header, sub menu's and links are going correctly to Dutch pages and in Dutch Language?
