Background of the issue:
I am trying to synchronize the translation status of posts on my site hidden link. When I publish a post with a pending status in the default language, the translation status does not synchronize. However, if the post is in draft and I publish it, the status synchronizes correctly.
Symptoms:
Translation status does not synchronize when a post with a pending status is published in the default language.
Languages: English (English )French (Français )Arabic (العربية )
Timezone: Pacific/Easter (GMT-06:00)

Could you please explain this in more details? what do you mean by synchronizing the translation status? are you referring to translation not getting saved on drafted pages?
Could you please share some screenshot or better, a video recording explaining this as you replicate it?
And finally, your debug information is showing outdated versions for our plugins, could you please update your plugins to the latest versions?
I have a custom post type, event, in both EN & FR, English being the primary language. When I publish an EN event from Drafts, it automatically publishes my FR version - which is correct. But when I am using the status Pending for them, I have to publish individually — i.e.: publishing the EN pending event won’t also publish my FR pending event.
