Background of the issue:
I am trying to edit any translated string in WPML. Here is a link to a screenshot of the issue: hidden link

Symptoms:
Edit icons for each language are not displayed in the String Translation section.

Questions:
Why are the edit icons not displayed in the String Translation section?
How can I access and edit translated strings?
