There are 4 languages on our site. We switched to the new elementor container system and then we saw that all the translations we entered before were lost. Do we need to re-enter all templates one by one? Isn't there an easy way to do this?
Hi There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.
Could you please specify the Elementor container system you've switched to? If it's the Grid container, I recommend keeping the Grid container disabled since it's still in its Beta phase. It's advisable to use it only once it reaches a stable release.
But, if the issue is happening with the Flexbox container, I would like to request more details of the issue. A video capturing the issue would be extremely helpful for a better understanding. I will try to recreate the issue accordingly and let you know what to do next.
If the translation is removed from the Classic Translation Editor, you will be able to restore the translation by restoring the revision. Please open the Translated post in WordPress Editor and try to restore a revision that contains the translation by following this guide: hidden link
Looking forward to your response and appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
Best regards,
Prosenjit
