Translations of Divi Library Elements doesn't work

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to display the built-in translation for dropdown menus using Divi General Layouts on their WordPress website.
Solution:
We resolved the issue by renaming the menu item template and assigning it to the correct language. We recommend checking if the dropdown menus now display correctly in the translated version of the site.

Meri	"I have a WordPress website with the Divi Theme and I'm using WPML as a translation plugin. I haven't encountered any issues with the overall translation of the site, but when I try to translate the dropdown menus using Divi General Layouts, it doesn't display the built-in translation. You might need to register the shortcodes using custom XML as explained here https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/page-builders/how-to-register-page-builder-modules-and-theme-options/ before the layouts can be translated. Could you check and give it a try? Also, to help speed up the support process, I've enabled a private message for submitting the debug information for this support ticket. Please follow these initial debugging steps: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/ In short: - Go to "WPML > Support > Debug Information" (link) - Copy the Debug Information from there. - Find the private field I activated and paste that information.

Meri	Hi Kor, I checked the post that you provide me (https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/page-builders/how-to-register-page-builder-modules-and-theme-options/) but in my case with the Divi Builder I don't know where to find the modul identifier and also I don't know how to create the xml structure. If you want I can create a user for you. I insert the Libraty Section that I want to translate to a page and opened in classic edition. The code that shows the page is copied below... Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified. Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
