I use Icegram Express plugin for wordpress to automatically send an email to people whenever I post to the blog. Whenever I translate a blog post with WPML, it triggers this notification about a new blog post, once per translation!
Is there any way to stop this and only trigger 1 email notification for the original English post?
I am afraid there is no way out of box, as this is also expected that it is triggered for each new post.
What I can suggest is to try and contact Icegram Express support and check with them if any suggestion or they can join our GoGlobal compatibility program and we will be glad to help and work on further compatibility.
I reached out to Icegram Express and they are looking into it as well as your Go Global Program. For now I have to deactivate their plugin, but hopefully one day they fix it.
