Troubleshooting options are missing

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Most probably you are missing those options because the WPML String Translation plugin will be inactive on the site now. Please check it. If the issue exists, please try the following steps after a site backup and let us know your feedback. 1) Deactivate all WPML plugins 2) Clear the caches 3) Activate WPML Multilingual CMS 4) Activate WPML String Translation & other WPML add-ons if any 5) Visit WPML>>Support>>Troubleshooting -- Thanks!
