What do you mean proceed with the restoration?
I just want you to remove all content created from WPML from the site, without breaking it.

Yes, since the site is broken. Could you restore the site to the condition where it all works correctly? Then, I will install WPML for you and try to remove the WPML contents for you.

I can do that.
However I will lose a lot of work. And you will remove the content again and the site will break again. Then, instead of having a new site broken, I will have an old site broken. So it's not going to improve the situation. You need to find a way to remove all the content without breaking the site.

The instructions you gave me broke the site.
The probably same procedure that you did on the test site, broke the test site.

What do you want to do? Break the site for the 3rd time?

You need to get help from someone, to completely remove everything generated from WPML without breaking the site.

Unfortunately, there are no alternative solutions at the moment. I've already escalated the issue, and our 2nd Tier Support has assured me that a solution for the "remove language" option is in the works and will be available soon. Until then, manually removing the content is the only option.

I recommend waiting for the upcoming update that will address the "remove language" option.

Yes, that's the "remove language" option that I'm referring to. Would you like me to try removing it manually or you want to wait for the fix?

Hi Kor,
I really don't understand what you're trying to do.
You have removed it manually 2 or 3 times and broke the sites. You can try again if that's what you want. But do you really think it's going to be different this time? Are you removing it in a different way? What's the deal here?

It's important to note that we do not offer support for manual content removal. I am voluntarily providing my assistance here to manually remove the translated contents. The decision of whether you would like me to attempt the process again is entirely yours, and if you prefer, you can wait until the "remove language" option is fixed.

If you decide to proceed, please restore the site to a previous state, and I will carry out another manual content removal for you.

The credentials are working now. Ok, this is what I've done below. Could you please check and see if the site is still working correctly before I proceed with the manual content deletion?

1. I've installed WPML and WPML string translation plugin

2. Deactivated Litespeed and TranslatePress - Multilingual plugin.

Hi,

Maybe you don't remember, the site is not working correctly, and that's why I need your help to delete all content and see if it fixes the problem.
If you go to Products and search for something you will see that the search is not working.
Also it's showing 363 products, which is not correct, it should be 800.

This plugin really ruined my life. I lost 2 years work.

I appreciate your response. Removing the translated content won't address the underlying problem of the missing products. We should investigate why these products are missing initially. I've created a new ticket for this specific issue, which you can find at https://wpml.org/forums/topic/missing-products/ . This will help us focus on resolving this issue separately.

Regarding the issue with the product search not functioning properly, I've also split a separate ticket for that matter at https://wpml.org/forums/topic/product-search-is-not-working/ . We can continue to work on this issue in that thread.

As for the current ticket, I'll temporarily set it aside until the other issues are addressed and resolved.
