This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to update the Chinese version of a page to match the English version, but the content on the Chinese page remains different and outdated. Specifically, the Arrival (STA) and Departure (STD) times for the ship named Piano Land for May 2025 are not synchronized.
Solution:
We have identified that the issue is caused by your cache plugin. We recommend clearing your cache to ensure that the content updates correctly across different language versions. Here is a screen recording demonstrating the issue and the solution: https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cTfUiEnQQwc.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to update the Chinese version of a page to be an exact duplicate of the English page. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The content on the Chinese page is different and outdated compared to the English page. The English page is correct. The specific section to review is the Arrival(STA) and Departure(STD) times for the ship named Piano Land for May 2025.

Questions:
Why is the Chinese page not updating to match the English page?
How can I ensure the content is synchronized between the English and Chinese pages?

Thanks for contacting us.

Based on the screenshot you shared, I can see that you've enabled the "Duplicate" feature and the translated page should copy the exact content from the primary language page.

Since it's not working, I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Thanks for your reply. I've checked and this is caused by your cache plugin as shown in this screen recording hidden link . Could you check?

Thank you,
I needed to restore the backup from last night to ensure the content was correct. But Clearing the cache did in fact fix the problem.

Thank you for you assistance.
