you have provided me credentials to wp-admin login, but there is still server protection, image attached.

Please make sure to remove it or provide access details for those also.

thanks, I got in, but there are still a few things that you need to do before I can check out, to confirm the issue happened as you shared with me before.

1) Update plugins and themes to the latest versions

2) Disable all other plugins and leave active only WPML plugins and WP bakery so I can confirm the issue, you said it happens only with WPBakery. I tried to disable but it seems I can't disable plugins, there is an error.

3) Then confirm issue still happens.

4) Share a link to XLIF files, I haven't gotten them. Or share which pages I can try to test and "translate" to see how it works.

Let me know when done so I can continue.

I have deactivated all plugins (except WPML plugins) and updated all the plugins that I can update.
Please try and translate the PAGES type of post.

Hello Daniel,

you also need to update the theme and WP Bakery, since the issue happens only with those products, and those are very old versions, the issue might be fixed with the latest and if not there is no point in debugging the issue and fixing it with those versions. You are using versions from August 27th, 2020.

Please update also and check if the issue still happens.
