I tried to install using the OTGS installer first. All other plugins were installed successfully but woocommerce multilingual one. In my opinion, there is a conflict between WPML and the latest woocommerce version 8.0.0 (released today). I even tried installing the plugin by uploading its zipped package via WordPress Admin Panel > Plugins > Add New but still didn't work. I got this error.

Could not create directory. /home/username/public_html/cardshop.de/new/wp-content/upgrade/woocommerce-multilingual.5.2.0-1/woocommerce-multilingual/addons/wpml-dependencies/vendor/wpml/core-api/core/setup

Please help. I need to translate my products ASAP.

Also, ow when I try to activate the OTGS installer plugin, I can't. This behavior is strange to me.

Hi there.

What I would try is to install a file manager plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/) > upload the zip file of our plugin inside "wp-content/plugins" > then extract it there.

Then, go inside the WordPress backend > Plugins > and you should see the plugin in the list and activate it from there and continue with the setup.

This could also happen if there's an already existing directory of the same plugin with the same name or if there are specific server limitations.

Please let me know how that goes and if you still need help.
