This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to register a site key for their WordPress site and receives an error message: 'Unable to parse data from service response.' They have confirmed that their server hosting is not blocking any relevant domains.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Ensure you have a backup of your site.
2. Disable all other plugins, leaving only WPML plugins active.
3. Switch to the WordPress default theme.
4. Check if the issue still occurs.
5. If the problem persists:
- Go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial on your website.
- Unregister WPML by clicking the unregister link.
- Visit https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and delete the existing site key.
- Return to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial on your website.
- Click the register link and use the new site key to register.

If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
We are trying to register a site key for our WordPress site hidden link. We have checked with our server hosting side, and they confirmed that they are not blocking any of the following domains using a firewall: wpml.org, cdn.wpml.org, api.wpml.org, api.toolset.com, cloudfront.net.

Symptoms:
We are receiving an error message: 'Unable to parse data from service response.'

Questions:
Why are we receiving the error 'Unable to parse data from service response' when trying to register the site key?
Are there any additional steps we need to take to resolve this issue?
