This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are experiencing an issue where some words on the front page of your website cannot be translated using WPML. These words do not appear in the String Translation section, and changes are not reflected on the front end.
Solution:
We recommend checking if the text strings you are trying to translate are properly wrapped in gettext functions in your theme or plugin files. This is necessary for WPML to detect and translate them. You can find more details on how to do this in our documentation here: Translating strings.
If after checking, the issue persists, it might be due to a compatibility issue with the theme or a specific plugin. In such cases, we suggest temporarily deactivating other plugins and switching to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) to see if the issue resolves.
If none of these steps work, the solution might be outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
