How about the others?
Can you check each of my screen captures and give a direct answer to translate them?
I'm sick of this conversation that I need to ask a simple question 5 or 6 times and still didn't get the answer!

I searched the word "Certificate" as I mentioned serveral times in my previous message. I cannot find this word in the admin strings page.

Hi,

I understand the frustration of dealing with this issue and please understand that LearnPress is a complex plugin and on your website, there are still updates pending. Please proceed with all the pending updates (theme/plugins).

If the issue persists after the theme/plugins updates, would it be possible to check if the issue happens in a minimal setup:

- keep the theme you have
- keep active only WPML/Elementor/Loco translate and theme must-have plugins
- disable all the other plugins

After that, check if the issue persists and let me know. This will help us understand if there is any plugin that might be causing the issue.

* Note: Please make sure you have a full backup of your website before making any updates/changes to your website.

Let me know how it goes,
Marsel

I was unable to install W3 Total Cache plugin. It doesn't show the "Install" button.

Hi,

From what I can see the W3 Total Cache plugin is already installed and updated on your website. You should be able to see which plugins require update by going to WP-Admin -> Plugins.
