[Resolved] Unable to translate testimonial carousel and Header CTA (Jupiter X)
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client needed to translate the primary Call to Action (CTA) in the header and the testimonial carousel on the homepage. The client found the string for the header CTA under String Translation, but it had no effect when viewed live. Solution: We translated the header template ID via WPML-> String Translation. We recommend checking if the translation now appears correctly on the live site. If you're experiencing a similar issue: 1. Navigate to WPML-> String Translation. 2. Search for the specific string or template ID you wish to translate. 3. Apply the necessary translations. 4. Save your changes and check your live site to see if the translations are applied. If this solution doesn't look relevant or if you need further assistance, please open a new support ticket with us.

First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload. Please try the following steps to translate the CTA.
1- Go to WPML-> Theme and plugins localization, select your theme/plugin, and scan
2- Go to WPML-> String Translation
3- Scroll down and click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link
4- Search for the needed strings
5- Select the strings
6- Click on the "Add to String Translation" button
7- Then click on the "« Return to String Translation" link
8- Translate the strings, clear the cache, and check the front end
For the testimonials, I managed to fix it and it works. However, for the header, CTA is still unable to address the problem.
The string does appear in String Translations and the translation is added. Also, when I view the header template on its own the translation is visible but not on the full site.

Note: in case this is important - the header is not created under Jupiter x layout builder but under Elmentor templates.
Thanks for your update. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
