This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to translate the default Divi Countdown Timer module. The strings "Day(s)", "Minute(s)", etc., are not found in the WPML String Translation, and there are inconsistencies in translations across different languages and devices.
Solution:
1. Navigate to WPML -> Theme and Plugin Localization.
2. Select the Divi theme.
3. Click on Scan the theme for strings.
4. Go to WPML -> String Translation.
5. Search for the strings you wish to translate.
6. Translate them on the provided sandbox site.

I'm trying to translate the default Divi Countdown Timer module. I've tried string stranslations, but it doesn't work, as I can't find "Day(s)", "Minute(s)",etc. to translate. The labels shown in the attached has been translated, but they are not the one shown on the pages.
A very strange thing is that, part of the English words are translated in Simplified Chinese page, and some words are translated with different translations on the tablet view in Simplified Chinese page. And there is no translation in Traditional Chinese page. So I totally get confused. Anyhow, I don't know where I can make the translations.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload. Please login to this sandbox site and create a new page using the Divi countdown module. (hidden link)

After that, please translate this page to replicate the issue. If the issue is replicable, please let me know how to reproduce it.

Best regards,
Osama

Hi Osama,

It’s great to hear from you. I’ve made a page in the sandbox. The same thing happened again.

The problem is that I can’t find any place to translate labels such as “day(s)”, etc.

Hi Tao,

Thanks for replicating the issue. I checked it and found the strings in WPML-> String Translation. Kindly check the following steps:

1- Go to WPML-> Theme and Plugin Localization
2- Select Divi
3- Scan the theme
4- Go to WPML-> String Translation
5- Search for the strings
6- Translate them (hidden link)

Kindly check if the translation works correctly on the sandbox site.

Best regards,
Osama

That's the point! Thank you! And this also solves translation problems from other plugins. Fantastic!
