This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported an issue where a category that should be hidden in all languages except Hungarian was visible. The client suspected a WPML database issue and mentioned using WP Fastest Cache without resolving the problem.
Solution:
We advised the client to first clear the website's cache using the WP Fastest Cache plugin. We also suggested checking if any product was incorrectly set to the 'uncategorized' category for the Hungarian language, correcting it if necessary, and updating all plugins requiring updates. Additionally, we explained that the 'uncategorized' category is a default that cannot be deleted unless another category is set as the default.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello, I tried to solve an issue with the designer of the template but he told me that it is the problem with WMPL. I attached our conversation.

I have one category in the shop which should be hidden for all languages but Hungarian is visible and I think it don't have be translated they said that the WPML database is broken.
To be honest I don't understand it. Could you please look at it and let me know if you know how to fix it?
Thank you very much
Lena

Thank you for providing the debug info and the screenshots.

Please try clearing the website's cache first using the WP Fastest Cache plugin.

Can you please check if any product is set to the "uncategorized" category for the Hungarian language, if so please set it correctly and delete the "uncategorized" category (in case you don't need to use it).

Let me know how it goes.

Hi,

I used WP fast cache and cleared everything. I didn't find any products who are in the uncategorized category or didn't have the right category.

It shows hidden (see attached) and also 7 products but if I click it there is no products.

Hi,

I am not able to access the login page as I get the error showing in the attached image (it might be due to a security/firewall).

Can you please check and let me know?

Hi,

Thank you, I was able to access your website.

1) I've checked the Hungarian version and it seems that is a cache issue because I wasn't able to find any product that had the category "uncategorized" assigned to it.
Please try clearing the website's cache (server-side included), and check if the issue persists.

2) Also, the category "uncategorized" is a default category that can't be deleted, you would need to set another category as a default in order for you to be able to delete it completely.
You can do that by going to WP-Admin -> Products -> Categories and when hovering on any category name you'll see the link "Make default" (please see attached image)

Please update all plugins that require an update on your website.

* Note: Please make sure you have a full backup of your website before making any updates/changes to your website.

Let me know if you have further questions or need further assistance.

Regards,
Marsel
