Background of the issue:
Hi, we're having problems with pages we've developed that are supposed to be in English but are instead showing up in other languages. The same is happening with archives. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, I have not received enough support. We are prepared to upgrade the plans (money is not the issue here). However, there are problems that are seriously harming our website, which has resulted in a monthly loss of over 50,000 visitors.

Symptoms:
Pages and archives developed in English are showing up in other languages.

Questions:
Why are pages developed in English showing up in other languages?
Why are archives developed in English showing up in other languages?
How can we fix the issue of pages and archives displaying in the wrong language?

Hello Abishek,

Welcome to WPML support! I'm here to assist you.

You mentioned that English pages are appearing in other languages. I assume you're referring to search results from search engines. Could you please provide a few keywords you are using that lead to incorrect pages being displayed?

Additionally, please navigate to WPML->Settings->Post Types Translations and check if the affected post types are set to "Translatable - only show translated items". It would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of these settings.

I noticed you are using the Rank Math plugin for SEO purposes, but it seems the WPML SEO glue plugin is not enabled. Could you enable this plugin and see if it resolves the issue?

I look forward to your response.

Thanks!
