Updated wpml-string-translation, the language have bug

YUNG KAM HOI	Background of the issue: I updated the wpml-string-translation plugin. I was trying to ensure that the header and footer templates display the correct language. You can see the issue on this page: hidden link. Symptoms: The header and footer templates are displaying in Chinese on the English page. When I edit the template file, it shows the correct language, but after saving, both languages use the same language. Questions: Why are the header and footer templates displaying in the wrong language? How can I fix the language issue in the header and footer templates?

Background of the issue:
