Background of the issue:
I am trying to update the WPML plugin on my website hidden link. An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 136 of the file /nas/content/live/ten4/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/sitepress.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Failed opening required '/nas/content/live/ten4/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/sitepress.class.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear/php:/usr/share/php') in /nas/content/live/ten4/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/sitepress.php:136 Stack trace: #0 /nas/content/live/ten4/wp-settings.php(522): include_once() #1 /nas/content/live/ten4/wp-config.php(125): require_once('/nas/content/li...') #2 /nas/content/live/ten4/wp-load.php(50): require_once('/nas/content/li...') #3 /nas/content/live/ten4/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php(22): require_once('/nas/content/li...') #4 {main} thrown.

Symptoms:
