Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with WPML support.

Is this issue occurring even when the WPML plugin is deactivated? It might be worth giving it a try. If you're unsure, please consider attempting the following steps to see if they resolve the issue:

1. Deactivate all plugins except the ones related to WPML. You can do this by navigating to your WordPress Dashboard > Plugins. Observe if the problem persists. If it's resolved, gradually reactivate each plugin one by one until you identify the one causing the problem.

2. Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme, like the 'TwentySeventeen' theme. You can do this through your WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Themes menu.

Please keep in mind that it's important to have a backup in place for security and data preservation. You can utilize the [UpdraftPlus plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) for your backup requirements.
