Background of the issue:
I am using WPML to automatically translate my real estate advertisements from French to English on my site hidden link. The French content is created and then automatically translated into English by WPML.
Symptoms:
The photos on my English site are not displayed correctly, even though they are available on the French site. This issue occurs despite the automatic translation of the content.
Questions:
Can you tell me why the photos are not displaying correctly on the English version of my site?
Is this an image translation problem with WPML?
I got help from someone, here is what they did, but the problem persists when creating new properties.

Kor : Then, I configured copy for these custom fields here hidden link
Kor : Now the images shows up now hidden link
In the translation settings, I have activated the translation of the property pages.
But I have the media on the ad but the cover image is not automatically displayed.
Referring to our previous conversation, are you saying that the photos on your English site are still not displaying correctly? If so, could you please share some screenshots and the URL of the affected page so we can take a closer look?
I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
Thanks for your reply. On the backend of this page hidden link , I clicked on the "update" button and re-translated the contents. Now the featured image shows correctly now and could you check? hidden link
Thanks for your reply. On your staging site here hidden link , could you let me know which property listing still has the missing featured image issue? I’ve checked several listings and they all appear fine on my end.
Thanks for the video. I followed your tutorial, but it doesn't work on the production version of the site. When I launch the translation update and validate, it displays a message: English translation pending, and the English version of the ad doesn't update with the photo. You can try on the production site:

the identifiers are the same as for the cloned site

6. Fix terms count.
7. Fix post type assignment for translations.
Ok, it actually works by clicking on update property, it works automatically on the English version. Can you confirm that if it happens again, I have to do it manually, is that right, or can all the settings you have made do it automatically? In any case, thank you for your help.
